Construction Law and Litigation
Our construction law practice involves the representation of owners, general contractors, engineers, and architects in litigation and arbitration of disputes. These claims involve claims based on delay, interference, change orders or extras, claims of improper or defective construction, and general breach of contract.
Our experience runs the gamut from representation of a major international general contract in an arbitration lasting more than 40 days and involving claims totaling $8 million, to representation of contactors and owners in residential construction disputes.
We are experienced in the application of, and interpretation of, both AIA documents and custom contracts.
