Jennifer R. Dusing concentrates her practice in the areas of adoptions, family law, business planning and litigation, estate planning, general civil litigation, and mediation.

Prior to the formation of Raines, Buechel, Conley & Dusing, P.L.L.C., Ms. Dusing was in private practice, focusing her practice on adoptions, family law, and business law. She served as the Staff Attorney for Judge Linda Rae Bramlage in Boone County Family Court from 2005 to 2007.

Ms. Dusing received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2005. While in law school, she served as a senior staff member of the Kentucky Law Journal and the Treasurer of the Women’s Law Caucus. She was also a Student Public Interest Law Foundation (SPILF) grant recipient for both 2003 and 2004. These grants allowed her work through the summers in the Fayette County Attorney’s Office, CASA Project of Lexington, and the Children’s Law Center in Covington. During law school Ms. Dusing volunteered with Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky from 2003 to 2005. She continues her volunteer work today, now as a runner with the Women’s Crisis Center, responding to domestic violence and sexual assaults in the northern Kentucky area.

Originally from Ashland, Kentucky, Ms. Dusing received her B.A. in Sociology with a Philosophy emphasis from Hanover College in southern Indiana in 2000.

Ms. Dusing is licensed to practice law in Kentucky. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, and the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals. She is also an approved Mediator with Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts. Ms. Dusing lives in Florence, Kentucky with her husband, Andy.
