Improving product quality and production capacity were the goals of a global manufacturer of specialty products company. The client stored its solid product in a bulk warehouse under regulated conditions to maintain quality. The betvictorclient was seeking realtime information and controls, such as the weight of the product, temperature and volume of liquid, used to produce its final product. This valuable information helps the client improve product quality and improve production capacity.

Unknown and uncontrolled variables, such as temperature and weight, had the potential to compromise the quality of product produced by the client. Installing controls and new equipment to monitor production will enhance the client’s ability to make better products more efficiently.
